    Arrowhead is always great. But if we want a change, I vote
    for the place in Marin. I've stayed at
    the Claremont before and it's so large (and so close to
    the city) I think the 'retreat' aspect would be lost.

    For something new, I would vote for the Marin Headlands as it has a lot of what I like about the Lake Arrowhead retreat. The cozy atmosphere, nice looking meeting rooms and great social areas. Being close to SF is always a benefit as well.

    That's my take.
